Agentic AI Engineer

We are supporting an early-stage AI company hiring an Agentic AI Engineer in Paris to build a knowledge and decision layer for factories. The platform ingests documents, logs, images, and video into an ontology and graph, enabling AI agents to reason, call tools, and support operational workflows. You will design the core intelligence layer covering data ingestion, graph architecture, agent orchestration, evaluation, and production reliability—going beyond basic RAG.

• Design the core intelligence layer, from data ingestion and modelling through to graph architecture
• Build and maintain knowledge graphs and ontology systems
• Develop agent orchestration, tool calling, and prompt design workflows
• Implement evaluation frameworks and ensure production reliability

• Strong Python and software engineering skills
• Experience with data modelling, graph-based systems, or knowledge graphs
• Production experience with applied AI
• Understanding of tool calling, agent workflows, prompt design, and evaluation frameworks

• Experience with Graph RAG, Langfuse, ontologies, multimodal data, manufacturing, robotics, or industrial software
• Founding engineer or technical founder experience
