Bjak is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions. This role focuses on driving end-to-end ML project lifecycles while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams. The successful candidate will mentor junior staff and establish best practices for model development and productionization.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop machine learning models for production environments

- Monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and scalability
Requirements
- Proven experience leading machine learning initiatives from concept to deployment

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
