We are seeking an Applied AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-native systems for a next-generation neobank application. The role centers on developing automated workflows that leverage large language models and machine learning to streamline financial operations and enhance user experiences. This fully remote position is available to candidates residing in Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-native applications and automated workflows
- Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI feature requirements
- Monitor and optimize system performance and scalability
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or equivalent programming languages
- Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions
- Strong understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payment systems
