About the Role

Avalanche Studios Group seeks a DevOps & AI Engineer to design and build an AI-assisted system for automating game project branch integration. The role involves developing LLM-powered agentic workflows for merge conflict resolution and full-stack development. The position requires expertise in version control, CI/CD, and game engine pipelines.

Responsibilities

Design and build an AI-powered integration system for game project branches across Unreal Engine 5 and APEX.
Develop intelligent conflict resolution using LLM-powered agentic workflows.
Leverage Python scripting and engine APIs to automate tasks in Unreal Engine.
Build backend agent framework and internal frontend dashboard.
Define and track KPIs to measure AI effectiveness.

Requirements

Deep expertise in Perforce and Git version control.
Hands-on experience designing Jenkins pipelines.
Working knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 project structures and asset pipelines.
Proven ability to build applications using LLMs via APIs (prompt engineering, RAG, agentic frameworks).
Proficient in Python, C#, C++, and full-stack web development (React, Node.js).
Experience with CI/CD tools, Jira, and Slack.
Autonomous and strategic thinker with ability to drive complex projects.
