The role involves building agentic systems, prototyping cutting-edge tools, and deploying production-ready services using the Python ML stack. • Design, prototype, and productize scalable machine learning solutions for clients
• Build and work with agentic systems including tool use, memory, planning, and multi-agent coordination
• Rapidly prototype cutting-edge tools and research ideas into production-ready services
• Collaborate with teammates on pragmatic execution and continuous learning

• Expertise in LLM engineering and familiarity with popular LLM providers
• Hands-on experience with statistics and machine learning using Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch
• Proficiency in development tools: Git, Docker, SQL, Bash, FastAPI
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related engineering field
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen

• Experience building agentic systems (tool use, memory, planning)
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Spark, Neo4j Cypher, and graph databases
• Track record of turning prototypes into production services
