AI Enablement Engineer

Formula E seeks an AI Enablement Engineer to build and deploy internal AI tools, bridging the gap between data systems and user needs. The role involves developing custom agents, RAG pipelines, and secure GCP sandboxes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Design and build custom web applications, software agents, and automated workflows using Python
• Construct Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate LLM environments like Vertex AI with internal databases
• Maintain secure GCP sandbox environments with IAM permissions and cost monitoring
• Productionize early-stage ideas into robust architectures and ensure clean technical handover to core teams

• 2-3 years of hands-on Python development experience
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, BigQuery)
• Strong understanding of LLM frameworks, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone), and RAG pipeline architectures
• Ability to translate non-technical business needs into technical requirements
