Moneybox is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Engineer to lead the forward-deployment of AI solutions across its wealth management platform. This role focuses on production-grade LLM integration, agent orchestration, and building safe, scalable AI infrastructure rather than model training. The engineer will embed with business departments to solve complex problems using Python, RAG, and modern AI engineering stacks.

• Deploy and integrate AI components built by ML teams into customer-facing production systems.
• Embed with departments to design and deliver AI-enabled business processes and pipelines.
• Build reusable platform capabilities including guardrails, sandboxing, and workflow templates.
• Own end-to-end engagement delivery from scoping vague requirements to stable production handover.
• Optimize LLM systems for cost, latency, accuracy, and reliability.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with meaningful production ownership.
• Proven track record of shipping LLM-powered systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python as the primary language.
• Experience with LLM API integration, harnesses, orchestration, and structured output.
• Knowledge of evals, safety guardrails, PII handling, and prompt injection prevention.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring for AI workloads.

• Experience with Azure and/or .NET ecosystems.
• Background in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience with agent hosting platforms or MCP gateways.
• Consultancy or forward-deployed engineering experience.
