About the Role
Together AI is looking for a Solutions Architect (Inference) to act as a trusted technical advisor for customers building Generative AI applications on its platform. The role blends pre-sales consulting, hands-on demonstrations, and solution design using open-source LLMs and Together AI's full hardware and software stack. Candidates should bring 7+ years of customer-facing technical experience, strong knowledge of training/fine-tuning/inference, and proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor to strategic customers, supporting ideation and development of GenAI applications using open-source models on Together AI.
- Run complex demonstrations and POCs of Together AI's entire stack, including hardware and software solutions.
- Collaborate with sales to qualify prospects and support customers in building and scaling Generative AI solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer leadership to ensure successful deployment and scaling.
- Deliver feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams to help evolve the platform.
- Create educational content and tooling such as playbooks, blogs, and demos.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role, with at least 2 years in pre-sales.
- Demonstrable background in solutions consulting/pre-sales and experience with open-source models, ideally in inference-driven use cases.
