About the Role
Brighter AI is seeking a Solution Architect AI to support sales and prototyping for their computer vision pipeline. You will demonstrate solutions, build proof-of-concepts, and collaborate with customers to solve real-world video data challenges. This role combines technical expertise in Python and Linux with customer-facing presales responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate solutions to potential customers and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer-specific requirements.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system and email.
- Improve team efficiency through AI methods/FAQs, online community, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.
- 1 year of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support.
- Knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems.
- Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.
- A good understanding of hardware is a plus.
