Google is seeking a Customer Engineer for Cloud AI in Amsterdam to act as a technical expert integrating Generative AI into enterprise environments. You will partner with customers to architect secure, data-connected solutions using Google's AI portfolio, moving beyond simple chat interfaces to complex agent-based systems. This role combines technical prototyping with strategic consultation to drive the adoption of Gemini and other cloud AI workloads.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical wins for Gemini enterprise workloads and support the business cycle from evaluation to ramp.
- Architect and prototype integration strategies for AI agents using patterns like RAG and Text-to-SQL.
- Provide technical consultation to customers on enterprise AI integration and governance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize customer feature requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience with cloud native architecture in customer-facing roles.
- Experience coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java.
- Proven ability to architect solutions integrating AI models with enterprise data sources.
- Strong presentation skills for technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
