Zelara.ai is seeking a Founding Solutions Architect to drive technical value realization for enterprise customers using their agentic lifecycle marketing platform. This role combines deep technical integration expertise with scientific experimentation design to prove ROI and scale adoption across European B2C markets. You will partner closely with commercial leads to own the post-sales journey, from discovery and onboarding to live experiment deployment and result interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical customer journey including discovery, onboarding, pilot delivery, and scaled adoption.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to validate integration paths, data availability, and measurement feasibility.
- Design and pre-register customer experiments using rigorous scientific standards (hypothesis, control groups, success thresholds).
- Interpret experimental results and reconcile them with customer data to demonstrate measurable business value.
- Build custom scripts, tooling, and prototypes to unblock account requirements before platform features are available.
- Partner with Product and Science teams to feed customer insights back into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading deployments or technical accounts for mid-market/enterprise B2B SaaS companies.
