This role leads the AI agenda for a large international services group, combining strategic C-suite leadership with hands-on technical delivery. The successful candidate will design and deploy market-leading Generative AI solutions, specifically focusing on RAG conversational agents and LLM pipelines. You will own the technical vision, mentoring engineering staff while ensuring robust production-grade performance and business impact.

• Lead the design and deployment of RAG conversational agents using proprietary datasets
• Shape the strategic direction of the group's AI capability reporting to C-suite
• Optimize LLMs, datasets, and agent workflows to mitigate hallucinations
• Deploy and maintain RAG architecture and LLM pipelines in cloud environments
• Educate and mentor engineering staff and broader business stakeholders

• Strong Python proficiency for production-grade AI development
• Hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, and LangGraph
• Proven track record building and scaling RAG systems (Graph-RAG advantage)
• Experience with model adaptation techniques: prompting, fine-tuning, or knowledge distillation
• Senior engineering leadership or Head of AI-level background

• Exposure to Graph-RAG architectures
• Experience in large, multi-division organizations
• Solid grounding in evaluation and experimentation methodology
