Apple is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Input Experience NLP team, focusing on Apple Intelligence features like Writing Tools and Summarization. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-performing ML/NLP engineering teams focused on Apple Intelligence portfolios.
- Define and execute state-of-the-art paradigms for ML product development using agentic workflows.
- Oversee data synthesis, model training, auto-evaluation, and continuous improvement pipelines.
- Build and refine personalized agent trajectory pipelines for data and evaluation across languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in human interfaces, user studies, and system integration.
Requirements
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or related field.
- Prior experience with technical leadership or engineering management.
- Strong foundation in Data Science and ML Stack.
