Stryker Endoscopy is seeking a Staff Computer Vision Engineer to develop advanced image analysis technologies for clinical decision support and surgical visualization. You will design, train, and integrate computer vision and machine learning models using real-world image and video data. The role involves providing technical guidance, contributing to scalable AI-enabled system architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful medical technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and integrate advanced computer vision and machine learning solutions.
- Train, evaluate, and iterate computer vision models using real-world image and video data.
- Create detailed designs and implement software systems, components, and algorithms.
- Design and execute technical experiments and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
- Contribute to the design of scalable AI-enabled systems and inform technical tradeoff discussions.
- Translate customer and business needs into technical solutions and product requirements.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to accelerate innovation.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and the application of engineering best practices.
