Charles River Analytics is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead computer vision and autonomy projects for national security applications. Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for computer vision and autonomy algorithms.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in hiring, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Develop and integrate software for object detection, tracking, SLAM, visual odometry, and sensor fusion.
- Optimize and deploy machine learning models on embedded and real-time systems using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with scientists and operational experts to translate research into implementable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, Robotics, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in computer vision, perception, or autonomy system development.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for both research prototypes and production software.
