A Series A startup is hiring AI Engineers to build agentic AI systems that learn and execute real enterprise workflows. The role involves developing production-grade LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems. You will work directly with customers to prototype and ship AI solutions in a highly technical team.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems that automate complex, real-world workflows
- Design systems for LLM orchestration, tool usage, and multi-step execution
- Develop production-grade systems in Python
- Implement RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and learning workflows
- Build evaluation and confidence frameworks to determine when to automate vs escalate
- Work directly with customers to prototype and ship systems into production
Requirements
- Strong engineering background with Python
- Experience building production LLM systems
- Experience with agentic frameworks, RAG, or orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
- Experience building scalable AI systems or automation workflows
