We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems that automate engineering workflows. This role focuses on building evaluation frameworks, telemetry pipelines, and observability standards to ensure AI agents operate efficiently and reliably. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering skills with expertise in AI observability, anomaly detection, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for workflow automation including experiment configuration and regression detection.
- Build and maintain evaluation harnesses for agentic systems integrated into release pipelines.
- Architect ingestion and storage pipelines for agent telemetry at scale.
- Instrument cost, latency, and token consumption per agent and tool.
- Collaborate with data science teams on anomaly and drift detection.
Requirements
- Strong engineering skills in Python and software development.
- Expertise in AI observability, telemetry, and performance optimization.
- Experience with agentic AI systems and LLM integration.
- Ability to build scalable data pipelines for telemetry and logs.
