Join TikTok's Content Ecology Algorithm Team to drive AI innovations in LLMs, Agentic AI, and multimodal learning for Local Services. You will develop core algorithms for semantic representation, intent understanding, and transaction optimization at a global scale. This role bridges cutting-edge research with production-grade solutions for diverse user bases.
Responsibilities
- Drive R&D of core algorithms leveraging LLMs, MLLMs, Agentic AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Develop deep semantic representations and structured models for content, products, and user intent.
- Build foundational capabilities in product knowledge graphs and end-to-end intelligent transaction optimization.
- Translate state-of-the-art research advances into scalable production solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in CS, AI, or related technical field.
- Strong foundations in machine learning, deep learning, and Transformer architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, distributed model training, and large-scale data processing.
- Experience in NLP, computer vision, multimodal understanding, or AI agents.
