Python Software Engineer, AI/ML Integration & AI Agents

Sky Spy is seeking a Python Software Engineer to integrate ML models into production products, build AI agents and backend services, and work on embedded Linux devices. This role involves developing inference pipelines, REST APIs, and agent-based workflows while collaborating with ML engineers.

• Integrate ML and neural network models into production applications.
• Build and maintain Python-based inference pipelines and services.
• Develop AI agents and agent-based workflows, including tool calling and external APIs.
• Design and implement REST APIs and integration layers.
• Optimize inference and application code for embedded Linux environments.
• Write unit and integration tests and implement monitoring/logging.

• Strong Python and production software development experience.
• Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Linux and command-line tools.
• Understanding of async programming, multithreading, and multiprocessing.
• Basic understanding of ML inference lifecycle and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX.
• Experience with Git and automated testing.
