Senterprise is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Platform Engineering team in Stockholm, focusing on developer experience and AI enablement. The role involves building internal tooling and infrastructure that supports agentic, AI-augmented workflows for product development teams. This is a full-time consulting assignment requiring strong technical judgment and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain platform tools and capabilities to improve developer productivity
- Implement AI harnesses and agent infrastructure for engineering organizations
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver value-driven solutions
- Design cloud-native stacks using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose technical fixes
Requirements
- Strong hands-on engineering fundamentals across the stack
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern cloud services (AWS)
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
- Understanding of AI-assisted development, agent orchestration, or coding-agent frameworks
- Ability to work independently and influence organizational practices
Nice to Have
- Prior experience as a consultant or in a senior platform engineering role
- Deep knowledge of developer experience (DevEx) metrics and tooling
- Experience with agentic AI workflows in production environments
