LG Ad Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to build and maintain the in-house platform powering generative AI agents. The role involves designing LLM serving infrastructure, RAG pipelines, and evaluation harnesses while integrating agents with internal systems like Salesforce and Databricks. You will focus on production-ready Python development, observability, and optimizing for latency and cost.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain LLM-powered services and APIs using FastAPI and LangGraph.
- Develop evaluation harnesses to measure quality regressions and hallucination rates.
- Design intelligent AI agents with intent recognition and query decomposition capabilities.
- Implement context engineering techniques for accurate agent responses.
- Instrument services with logging, tracing, and metrics for production observability.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and developing Generative AI agents.
- Strong expertise in intent detection and complex query decomposition.
- Experience building RAG systems including low-level design and implementation.
- Solid understanding of LLMs and enterprise applications (e.g., Llama, Claude, OpenAI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and data processing tools (Databricks/Snowflake).
