About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and architect AI agents
- Develop AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks
- Evaluate and select LLMs for business use cases
- Engineer and optimize prompts
- Build RAG solutions using vector databases
- Integrate external APIs and third-party tools
- Develop scalable backend AI services using FastAPI/Flask
- Create automated test cases for AI outputs
- Monitor and optimize AI model performance
- Implement AI governance and security controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years software development with Python
- Minimum 3+ years developing AI/ML or Generative AI applications
- Minimum 2+ years with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)
- Minimum 3+ years designing and consuming RESTful APIs
