About the Role
Redapt is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to lead customer conversations, design architecture, and deliver advanced analytics solutions on Azure, GCP, and AWS. The role involves mentoring consultants, driving business development, and creating go-to-market strategies for AI/ML services. Ideal candidates have 5-8+ years of experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer conversations and create project architecture for AI/ML solutions
- Mentor and lead other consultants on data science projects
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions on Azure, GCP, and AWS
- Drive business development and go-to-market strategies for AI/ML services
- Deliver customer demos and create proposals (SOWs)
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience with data science/AI/ML techniques
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, SQL, and cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, Vertex AI, SageMaker)
- Knowledge of DevOps/CI/CD for ML ops
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Math, Data Science, or Computer Science
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Evaluation, and GenAI solution patterns
