Qureight is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop, train, and deploy large-scale 3D medical-imaging models for clinical trials. You will build robust, scalable inference pipelines and optimize training workflows, acting as a bridge between research scientists and production engineering teams. This role focuses on translating cutting-edge computer vision research into reliable, secure, and high-performance systems that accelerate biopharma breakthroughs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, reproducible inference pipelines for 3D medical imaging.
- Deploy and optimize models into production using ONNX, TensorRT, and similar frameworks.
- Build and tune large-scale machine learning training workflows, including data loading and checkpointing.
- Collaborate with DevOps and ML Scientists to integrate models into cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch for model training and inference.
- Proven experience building and optimizing ML training and inference pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, containerized workflows, and GPU-based compute optimization.
- Familiarity with model deployment frameworks like ONNX or TensorRT, and cloud ML infrastructure such as MLflow.
