Sr. AI Engineer Full-time Role - Bellevue, WA

Senior AI Engineer needed to join a founding AI team building an innovative real estate product. This role focuses on turning generative AI concepts into production-ready features, including AI agents, LLMs, and RAG systems.

• AI Agent Development: Build autonomous and conversational AI agents.
• AI/ML System Development: Architect scalable AI systems using AWS and open-source frameworks.
• Full-Stack Integration: Collaborate with Ruby on Rails and React teams.
• Data Pipeline Management: Design robust pipelines for real estate datasets.
• Performance & Monitoring: Optimize models, APIs, and agents for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Innovation & Research: Apply LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI to complex problems.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor peers and influence AI strategy.
• Lifecycle Ownership: Handle AI development from concept to deployment.

• 5+ years in AI, ML, or software engineering with production AI experience.
• Proficient in Python; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain.
• Hands-on cloud deployment (AWS preferred).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems.
