Join Citi as a VP-level Full-Stack Engineer to build the foundational data products and evaluation platforms for Citi Assist, a global Generative AI assistant. You will design and develop testing, feedback, and analytics systems that measure AI performance, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and build testing, evaluation, and feedback systems for generative AI assistants
- Develop full-stack data pipelines and APIs to process evaluation metrics at scale
- Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations to surface AI performance insights
- Establish data practices and evaluation frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and safety
- Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions for the GenAI platform
Requirements
- Strong experience building and deploying production full-stack applications
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript; experience with Go or Java is a plus
- Deep expertise in data engineering, including building pipelines and analytics systems
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL
