Bluebird is seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to build agent-native risk infrastructure in London. You will design and deploy continuous AI agents that operate on proprietary data to assess and mitigate financial and operational risks. Responsibilities
- Architect and develop full-stack components for continuous AI agent deployment
- Build secure, scalable infrastructure for processing proprietary risk data
- Collaborate directly with founders to define technical roadmap and product strategy
Requirements
- Proven full-stack engineering experience with modern web frameworks
- Strong understanding of AI agent patterns, LLM integration, and orchestration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, equity-focused startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in risk management, compliance, or fintech infrastructure
- Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and cloud deployment
