Senior Agent Architect (Spain)

Parloa is seeking a Senior Agent Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI agent deployments for enterprise customers. The role combines expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and conversational design with integration work connecting Parloa's platform to customer systems like CRMs, ERPs, and contact centers. You will collaborate with forward deployed engineers, validate agent performance, and document best practices for AI agent solutions.

• Design, prototype, and validate conversational AI workflows for agent deployments.
• Build and configure integrations between customer systems and Parloa's platform via APIs.
• Leverage LLM knowledge to craft precise prompts and fine-tune conversational flows with SSML, Lexicons, and Regex.
• Apply structured testing approaches to validate AI agent behavior, quality, and performance under real-world conditions.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integration scenarios and resolve blockers with internal teams.
• Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences.

• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with proven expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and craft LLM prompts aligned with desired outcomes.
• Proficiency with advanced prompting strategies such as chain-of-thought prompting and few-shot learning.
