Responsibilities
- Lead intelligent process automation and Generative AI adoption across the organization
- Design, build, and deploy AI agent-based solutions and LLM-powered workflows in the AI Lab
- Integrate LLMs and agentic systems into business processes and corporate applications
- Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Collaborate with teams to accelerate productivity using custom developments and automation platforms
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business process automation
- 3+ years working with Generative AI and LLMs
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex automations in production environments
- Experience building agentic systems and integrating LLMs into business processes
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, and corporate applications
- Ability to analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes
