Parloa is hiring a Senior Agent Architect to lead the design and deployment of AI agent solutions for customer service. This customer-facing role involves leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and NLP to create conversational workflows integrated with enterprise systems. You will guide clients and partners to maximize the value of Parloa's AI platform.
Responsibilities
Scope and implement AI Agent deployments, providing strategic advice and execution support.
Leverage LLM internals to analyze requirements and design precise prompts.
Simplify complex workflows into conversational components.
Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (SSML, Lexicons, Regex).
Build and configure integrations with enterprise systems via APIs.
Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integration scenarios.
Apply structured testing to validate AI agent behavior.
Document best practices and product capabilities.
Requirements
3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
Ability to craft LLM prompts and use advanced prompting strategies (chain-of-thought, few-shot learning).
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of data structures, system integrations, and enterprise APIs.
