About the Role
Build production-grade AI agents and RAG pipelines to automate document reviews and bidding workflows for the pre-construction industry. As a Founding Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the company and shipping AI solutions from idea to production.

- Work directly with the founding team to define product and technical strategy
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with Python or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and building AI systems
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
