Machine Learning Engineer

Modjo builds AI for B2B sales teams, capturing and analyzing commercial interactions to reduce admin work. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, build, and scale the LLM and agentic features powering the product, focusing on model orchestration, tool execution, evaluation, reliability, and production performance.

• Design, build, and optimize the agentic stack behind Modjo's conversational and autonomous agents, prioritizing reliability, scalability, and low latency in production.
• Architect and maintain end-to-end LLM features: model orchestration, routing, monitoring, logging, and evaluation.
• Develop and improve ML infrastructure: observability, load balancing, scaling patterns, and deployment workflows.
• Build robust datasets and evaluation pipelines for deterministic (ASR) and non-deterministic (LLMs and agents) systems.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to create scalable, observable, and automated ML services.
• Work with Product Managers to assess feasibility, refine specs, and deliver reliable ML features.
• Contribute to technical strategy: model and tool selection, architecture decisions, and the agentic platform roadmap.
• Stay current on LLM, agentic systems, and evaluation research and open-source developments.

• 2–5 years of experience in ML engineering or data science.
