RTB House is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and maintain its ML training platform and bidding infrastructure. The role focuses on optimizing low-level system performance, ensuring scalability, and benchmarking Big Data and ML technologies for production environments. Candidates will work with deep learning algorithms powering a global ad-tech engine, with flexibility for fully remote collaboration based in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ML training platforms and bidding infrastructure
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize critical system components
- Ensure reliability and scalability of implementations
- Create performance and correctness tests for new system components
- Benchmark open-source Big Data and ML technologies for production suitability
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, Java, or Scala)
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Experience designing and implementing complex IT systems
- Ability to evaluate and optimize system performance from design to production
