RTB House is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and maintain its ML training platform and high-performance bidding infrastructure. You will optimize critical low-level system components, ensure scalability, and benchmark emerging Big Data and ML technologies for production use. This role offers the chance to impact billions of ad views monthly while working with a flexible, remote-first team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the ML training platform and bidding infrastructure
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize low-level system parts
- Ensure reliability and scalability of implementations
- Create performance and correctness tests for new components
- Benchmark open-source Big Data and ML technologies
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one language: Python, C++, Java, or Scala
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Expertise in Linux and system performance evaluation
- Ability to design complex IT systems and troubleshoot production issues
- Effective cross-team collaboration skills
