Senior AI Engineer - AI Agents / RAG / Fine-Tuning

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and deploy intelligent systems using AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning. You will build production-grade solutions for automation and knowledge retrieval, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agent systems for task planning and autonomous workflows.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines including embeddings, vector search, and retrieval orchestration.
• Fine-tune large language models using instruction tuning, SFT, or RLHF.
• Implement high-performance inference pipelines and monitor model performance in production.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI services.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning or NLP engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Proven experience with AI agents, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
