We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and deploy intelligent systems using AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning. You will build production-grade solutions for automation and knowledge retrieval, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agent systems for task planning and autonomous workflows.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines including embeddings, vector search, and retrieval orchestration.
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction tuning, SFT, or RLHF.
- Implement high-performance inference pipelines and monitor model performance in production.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning or NLP engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Proven experience with AI agents, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
