KPMG Advisory is seeking a Manager, AI Engineer to lead AI/ML solution design and delivery for clients. This role involves end-to-end development of AI solutions using cloud services, managing projects, and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and client-facing consulting skills.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end design and development of AI/ML solutions leveraging cloud AI services
- Define solution architectures integrating LLMs, generative AI, and traditional ML with enterprise platforms
- Manage AI projects including architecture design, model development, integration, and testing
- Lead workshops and design sessions with executives and technical teams to shape AI roadmaps
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
- Collaborate with strategic alliance partners (Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years recent experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud solution engineering
- Minimum 2 years in a consulting or client-facing leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field
