The ideal candidate has strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks, MLOps, and LLMs.

• Partner with clients to identify AI opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into ML/AI solution design.
• Execute ML engineering tasks including data analysis, model development, and deployment.
• Operationalize AI/ML pipelines with MLOps best practices.
• Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines.
• Apply responsible AI principles.
• Support client workshops and presentations.

• University degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years professional experience in ML/AI engineering with production delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms and feature engineering.
• Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Practical MLOps experience (CI/CD, model versioning, experiment tracking).
• Experience deploying ML models to cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG.

• Cloud AI/ML certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty, GCP ML Engineer).
• Familiarity with Spark or distributed processing frameworks.
• Experience with fine-tuning foundational models.
