Staff AI Engineer (m/f/n)

InPost is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead the integration of Generative AI models into business applications. The role combines software engineering with deep LLM knowledge, focusing on building AI-enhanced microservices and cloud-native systems.

• Drive technical architecture for AI integration. Lead design of microservices and cloud-native systems. Build and optimize APIs for LLM communication. Develop back-end systems in Java for AI model deployment. Manage infrastructure with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field. 7+ years experience with AI model integration. Strong GenAI/LLM knowledge. Experience with APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), vector databases, and databases. Proficiency in English and Polish.

• Knowledge of streaming architectures (Apache Kafka). Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda). Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX. Understanding of data privacy in AI.
