Hirebolt is seeking a Senior Python / AI Engineer to design and deploy Python-based agentic AI automations for business processes. The role focuses on new automation development, from solution design through testing and deployment, with solutions running on GCP. You will also occasionally convert existing RPA/UiPath workflows into Python-based agentic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Python-based automations and agentic AI workflows.
- Integrate LLM agents, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Deploy and operate solutions on GCP.
- Build automated tests and support CI/CD deployments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize production automations.
- Conduct code reviews and support junior/mid-level engineers.
- Explain technical approaches and trade-offs to clients and stakeholders.
- Occasionally migrate UiPath/RPA workflows to Python and agentic AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Python engineering experience, including production applications, APIs, or data pipelines.
- Experience building LLM/agentic AI automations and orchestration workflows.
- Strong solution design and problem-solving skills.
