Gemmo is seeking Forward-Deployed AI Engineers to build and deploy custom generative AI and machine learning solutions for financial services clients. The role combines business analysis, ML engineering, and software development to own the solution lifecycle from discovery to production. Candidates with a solid foundation in ML or software engineering are encouraged to apply, with options for internship or full-time positions based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities
- Build and evaluate prediction models, LLMs, and document analysis systems
- Design and maintain APIs and integrations using FastAPI and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy, monitor, and improve AI applications in Azure and Snowflake environments
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver end-to-end solutions
Requirements
- Solid foundation in machine learning or software engineering (academic or professional)
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or XGBoost
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a hybrid office setup in Dublin
