Keyrus Canada is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to bridge business strategy and technical execution for clients in Montreal or Toronto. This role involves designing and deploying production-ready Generative AI solutions, including RAG architectures and agentic workflows, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines strong Python engineering skills with architectural judgment to solve complex operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Co-create and deliver GenAI and agentic AI solutions for client use cases
- Design and implement RAG architectures, intelligent assistants, and AI-enabled workflows
- Prototype, test, deploy, and monitor AI solutions in real client environments
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and governance experts
- Define success criteria including adoption, performance, reliability, and cost
- Develop reusable patterns and accelerators from successful engagements
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or Technical Consulting
- Strong Python development skills and API integration experience
- Hands-on experience delivering AI, GenAI, or software solutions into production
