About the Role
Galadrim is seeking an AI Engineer in Madrid to work on diverse AI projects including voice assistants, computer vision, and LLMs. The role involves hands-on development with a mentor, using Python and PyTorch. This position offers a hybrid work model with full remote until offices open in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions for medical voice assistants, embedded vision models, photo editing automation, LLM-based product sheets, and demand forecasting.
- Work closely with a technical mentor through pair programming and code reviews.
- Participate in international conferences and workshops.
- After 6 months, take on more responsibilities in team structuring, selection, and internal tool development.
Requirements
- Passionate about AI and latest advancements (LLM, diffusion models, agents).
- Experience with AI-powered code editors (Cursor, Claude Code).
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients.
- Self-sufficient and team-oriented with solid engineering foundation.
- Native Spanish and fluent English. French is a plus.
