FuseMachines is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to architect and deploy high-performance ML systems for large-scale data processing and low-latency inference. The role requires a hybrid skill set combining deep applied machine learning expertise with production-grade software engineering to build scalable feature pipelines and robust model serving infrastructure. Candidates will drive the full ML lifecycle, from distributed data engineering and model training to MLOps, monitoring, and A/B testing in ad-tech or recommendation environments.

• Architect and scale offline/online feature pipelines using SQL, Python, and distributed frameworks like Spark and Ray.
• Train and tune supervised learning models using gradient boosting (XGBoost, LightGBM) and deep learning architectures (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Deploy models to production via MLOps pipelines, ensuring CI/CD, versioning, and real-time monitoring for drift and performance.
• Design rigorous A/B tests and evaluate model impact on business KPIs such as revenue lift and cost reduction.

• 5-8+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or Software Engineer focusing on ML systems.
• Expert-level Python proficiency and strong skills in a compiled language (C++, Java, Scala, Go, or Rust).
• Deep experience deploying ML models into concurrent, low-latency production environments (APIs, microservices, Triton).
