FullStory is hiring a Software Architect to design, build, and ship AI-first software. This hands-on role involves designing AI-first systems, writing production code, and delivering outcomes. You'll work with LLMs, agentic workflows, and evaluation pipelines to build on a regulatory content platform.
Responsibilities
Design AI-first systems end-to-end including data ingestion, retrieval, agentic workflows, evaluation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop interfaces.
Write production code, stand up prototypes, and pair with engineers to cut through ambiguity.
Own outcomes from architecture through release, ensuring performance, cost, and latency of LLM-backed features.
Raise the bar for patterns, evaluation discipline, prompt and model strategy.
Build with AI using agentic coding tools and collaborate with product and domain experts.
Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in architectural roles.
