The role focuses on designing and deploying LLM-powered applications, advancing context engineering and agentic AI, and integrating reinforcement learning from human feedback into scalable production pipelines. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of scientists and engineers to translate complex behavioral insights into computational frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy ML-powered applications leveraging LLMs for wellbeing challenges
- Advance research in context engineering, agentic AI, and RLHF
- Build scalable data collection, labeling, training, and deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with psychological experts to translate insights into computational frameworks
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in CS, ML, or AI
- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP
- Proven experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, vLLM, and LangGraph
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines and evaluation protocols
