Generative AI Engineer

This role focuses on advancing and scaling generative AI capabilities at Proximus Ada. You will develop and maintain reusable components and templates using LangChain and LangGraph on Azure, support data scientists in delivery teams, and drive best practices for generative AI solutions.

• Develop and maintain shared repository of reusable Generative AI components and templates.
• Support onboarding and adoption of repository across teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists to identify new components and provide technical support.
• Drive upgrades and migrations of core libraries (LangChain/LangGraph).
• Guide delivery teams on RAG and agent-based architectures.
• Research and prototype emerging techniques and frameworks.
• Define and promote software engineering best practices for Generative AI.
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevSecOps, and enterprise architecture teams.

• Strong background in machine learning.
• Expertise in generative AI and architectures such as RAG and agent-based systems.
• Proficiency with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices (testing, code quality, automation).

• Interest in researching and prototyping emerging AI techniques.
• Proactive in staying current with advances in Generative AI.
