DigitalOcean is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect II, AI/ML to serve as a technical partner to customer success and sales teams. Responsibilities
Perform architecture reviews, proof of concepts, demos, and uncover customer technical needs.
Develop deep expertise in DigitalOcean product portfolio and AI/ML platforms.
Advocate for customers by providing feedback to product teams and driving feature development.
Design and review architectures tailored to business use cases.
Implement infrastructure management best practices and optimize cloud resources.
Conduct technical consultation sessions, workshops, and training for customers.
Design AI solutions, manage data pipelines, and integrate databases.
Optimize GPU workloads using CUDA or TensorRT and build scalable AI applications.
Requirements
Proven experience with cloud infrastructure and AI/ML platforms.
Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and platforms like Hugging Face.
