Custom Ink is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy intelligent systems for customer personalization, recommendation, and forecasting. The role involves building and deploying ML models, operationalizing pipelines with MLOps, and collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates must reside in Czech Republic or Slovakia and work in a hybrid setup with in-office onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for customer intelligence, personalization, recommendation, forecasting, NLP, and computer vision
- Partner with business stakeholders and engineers to deliver scalable solutions
- Operationalize ML pipelines using modern MLOps practices (automated retraining, monitoring, CI/CD)
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and fairness through iterative testing
- Contribute to ML codebase with maintainable, documented, and testable code
- Stay informed on emerging tools and technologies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building, deploying, and optimizing ML models in production
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow)
- Strong software engineering principles (version control, CI/CD, modular code)
