Senior AI Engineer

Corti, a clinical-grade AI lab, seeks a Senior AI Engineer to build LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows for healthcare. You will design and deploy production AI features using RAG, embeddings, and vector search, working with technologies like Kafka, Triton, FastAPI, and Kubernetes. This hands-on role involves close collaboration with product and platform teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI pipelines.

• Design and build LLM-powered product features used in production.
• Develop agentic workflows and frameworks that coordinate multiple AI components.
• Implement RAG architectures using embeddings and vector search.
• Build systems for prompting, context engineering, and tool usage.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure LLM and agent performance.
• Work with product and platform teams to turn AI capabilities into reliable, scalable features.
• Continuously improve system reliability, latency, and cost efficiency of AI pipelines.

• Strong programming skills in Python and production-grade codebases.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including training, finetuning, or inference deployment.
• Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Practical experience implementing RAG architectures.
• Designing robust evaluations for agent workflows and generative systems.
