ClaimSorted is seeking an AI Engineer to build and deploy machine learning solutions that power their insurance claims automation platform. You will collaborate with domain experts to design AI-driven workflows, improve assessment accuracy, and scale AI systems across their TPA operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape technical culture and work closely with founders in a high-growth startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize AI systems to enhance claims assessment accuracy and speed
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows in partnership with insurance specialists
- Deploy machine learning models at scale within production environments
- Help establish engineering best practices and technical culture from the ground up
- Collaborate directly with founders to support rapid company scaling
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or research
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production
- Ability to ship quickly and iterate in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
